Day 1 -- Depart USA  --  Depart on your overnight flight to London. (Note: Depending on flight schedules, passengers west of the Mississippi may have to depart one day earlier.)

Day 2  -- Arrive Nairobi Jambo and welcome to Kenya! You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Nairobi Safari Club

Day 3  -- Nairobi-Arusha (BLD)  -- After a leisurely morning, our drive takes us south, across the border into Tanzania, arriving in time for lunch. This afternoon we'll spend some time at the very special Children for Children's Future Drop-in center in Arusha. This private, non-profit organization provides a place for children who need a helping hand. CCF has two facilities - this one helps children between the ages of 5-12 who might need temporary help. The children are cared for, given medical care and education and may leave at any time. Arusha Coffee Lodge

Day 4  -- Arusha-Ngorongoro (BLD) -- After breakfast, we begin our drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation area, stopping first Gibb's Farm, a working farm set on the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You'll have time to enjoy a delightful lunch, much of which will include locally grown fruits and vegetables. Then, continue on to Ngorongoro Crater for the night. Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge 

Day 5  --  Ngorongoro (BLD)  -- A highlight awaits as you descend 2,000 feet to the Crater floor for a morning game drive. The Crater’s wide variety of habitats allows it to support abundant wildlife. Birdlife is equally spectacular - be sure to have your binoculars ready. Later this afternoon, a visit to a nearby Masai village gives you an opportunity to learn about these proud warriors and their lifestyle. Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Day 6  -- Ngorongoro-Serengeti (BLD)  -- Our first stop today is at Olduvai Gorge, site of some of the most significant archaeological excavations. Then its on to the vast plains of the Serengeti. Serengeti Sopa Lodge 

Day 7  -- Serengeti (BLD)  -- Rise early this morning to enjoy a game drive as the animals begin to stir across the expansive plains of the Serengeti. You’ll have time to relax at your lodge during the heat of the day before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Game is abundant in the Serengeti: wildebeest, zebra, buffalo and impala all dot the horizon. The predators are found here as well and you will almost certainly spot lion and cheetah during your stay. Serengeti Sopa Lodge  

Day 8  -- Serengeti-Lake Manyara (BLD)  -- After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara, arriving in time for lunch. The views are particularly breathtaking here and your lodge’s location provides stunning panoramas of the Valley. Spend the afternoon on a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Thanks to the wide variety of habitats found inside the park, game is plentiful. Be on the lookout for the graceful impala, the mischievous baboon and much more. Lake Manyara Serena Lodge 

Day 9  -- Lake Manyara-Tarangire (BLD)  -- Your journey takes you to Tarangire today. Thanks to the permanent water supply of the Tarangire River, the park is a dry-season haven for huge herds of wildebeest, zebra and other plains game. During your afternoon game drive, enjoy the vistas dotted with majestic baobab trees. Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Day 10  -- Tarangire (BLD)  -- Morning and afternoon game drives provide time to search for the "temporary" residents of Tarangire who have journeyed for miles in search of water. In addition to elephant, wildebeest and zebra, you might spot the fringe-eared oryx and long-necked gerenuk. Bird lovers will delight in the more than 550 bird species recorded in the park. Day 11  -- Tarangire-Depart (BLD)  -- Return to Arusha and then continue to Nairobi with a picnic lunch. In Nairobi, you'll have time to relax and freshen up in our partner's lounge prior to dinner. Later this evening, depart on the overnight flight to London. Club Lounge  

Day 12  -- Arrive USA --  Arrive in London early this morning and connect to your homeward bound flight.
