
AMRESORTS AND NH HOTELES SIGN A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
AMResorts, hotel company leader in the luxury vacation segment and creator of Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets, Dreams & Now Resorts & Spas brands and NH Hoteles the Spanish hotel company leader in urban Hotels have joined their operational and commercial efforts in the Dominican Republic.
MADRID, SPAIN / PHILADELPHIA, UNITED STATES (March 3, 2011) AMResorts, first North American hotel company in the Caribbean offering high quality Unlimited-Luxury® vacations specializing in the luxury leisure market, and NH Hoteles, the Spanish hotel company leader in urban Hotels with presence in 25 countries, have signed a strategic agreement to develop a new formula of collaboration, therefore joining commercialization, brand management and hotel management.
The pilot plan for this alliance will be implemented in two NH Hoteles properties, both located in Playa Bávaro (Punta Cana), Dominican Republic. As of May 1, 2011, the NH Royal Beach and NH Real Arena will be operated by NH, but under AMResorts’ luxury brands Secrets Resorts & Spas and Now Resorts & Spas. AMResorts will be responsible for providing these properties with sales, marketing and brand management services.
Beginning in May, clients will enjoy the benefits of Secrets and Now Resorts & Spas with their signature vacation concept Unlimited-Luxury®, providing limitless access to lavish accommodations, gourmet a la carte dining, premium brands, 24-hour room and concierge services, daytime activities, live evening entertainment and much more.
